Katha Wood British, b. 1968
Katha Wood is a British fine art photographer, based on the North Sea coastline of North Norfolk, England, UK. Her photographic art practice draws from a personal love of natural space and freedom and a professional background as a neuroscience lead Solution Focussed Hypnotherapist, helping numerous people through life challenges. Through her artistic lens she explores the human need for relief, rest and recovery.
Katha's works capture moments where history and social meaning intersect, from architectural forms to abstractions of water or the moon.
Drawing on neuroscience and nature, Wood explores contrast, cohesion and connection, offering viewers spaces for meditation and quiet healing.
